When is my credit card billed?
We will not bill your credit card until we are ready to ship your order.
How can I view the status of my order?
Go to the My Account link on the upper right. Login and click the date of the order which you wish to view.
What are your shipping costs?
You can choose to view an estimate of shipping costs from within your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. There is no charge for shipping if you select "will-call" and pick up your item at Fifth Floor. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Note that items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require the use of expedited shipping.
How soon can I expect my shipment?
We will make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We will contact you within 2-3 days if items are not in stock or if for any reason it is not reasonable for you to expect your order within 10 business days. For standard shipping we use a combination of UPS and USPS depending on the item. For expedited shipping UPS 2nd day air will be used. All shipments will include tracking information. Note that items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require the use of expedited shipping.

How much is sales tax?
We are required to charge 9.75% sales tax to all California addresses.
What is the return policy at Fifth Floor?
Fifth Floor accepts returns within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for store credit only.
Before shipping back your return, send us an email at shop@fifthfloorgallery.com. Please include your order # and item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in you return package. Sale items & special orders are non-refundable.
Your return must be accompanied by your receipt. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. Your return needs to be insured for the full price of the items enclosed, packed well, and shipped to Fifth Floor.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
Please notify us immediately if your shipment is damaged at 213.687.8443. Fifth Floor needs to be notified within 7 days of delivery if anything has been damaged, so please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
